I've been experimenting with new (cost-effective) tech every since I began working as a filmmaker and that continues today using iPhones... Back in 2001 I shot & directed a film shot on Mini DV.

I didn’t just want Casey Makes a Mixtape to be set in the 1980s—I wanted it to look and feel like it was made in the 1980s.

Congrats. You've made a movie. But that was the easy part. Now you've got to sell it.
